The BIOMASSER SOLO briquetting press is an easy to operate machine for briquetting biomass such as straw and hay. BIOMASSER SOLO can work as a single machine or can be combined with a straw shredder.
BIOMASSER DUO
Briquetting press BIOMASSER DUO is an easy to operate machine for briquetting biomass, like straw and hay. BIOMASSER DUO is the machine of double production capacity comparing to BIOMASSER. Double production capacity is gained thanks to double system of pressing the straw and taking out the briquettes. BIOMASSER DUO can work as a single machine or can be composed in a production Set BIOMASSER by adding a shredder for straw together.
Easy Operation
Put crumbled straw into the container of the briquetting press. An arm sweeps material to screw chamber. The straw is pressed in the chamber. The constant briquette is formed and taken out. We get cheap material for heating, alternate for coal.
Production per hour 80 to 140 Kh/Hr (Grey rye straw)
BIOMASSER MULTI - Mass Production
BIOMASSER MULTI is a kind of works of briquettes that consists of several briquetting presses BIOMASSER SOLO/DUO connected with one collective straw container. The container is for chaff storage and its dosing to BIOMASSERs placed under. The chaff container can be connected directly to a shredder. BIOMASSER MULTI is equipped with system of dust elimination at working place.
BIOMASSER MULTI is available in two versions:
- BIOMASSER MIDI-MULTI (3 to 4 briquetting presses) of productivity* from 400 to 560 kg/h
- BIOMASSER MAXI-MULTI (5 to 8 briquetting presses) of productivity* from 650 to 1120 kg/h.
* depending on weight, density, type and way of crumbling the material and also on the position of the weights on the outlet chute.
